Flourish provides small business consultancy services to support every aspect of your organization. Whether your business is a start-up looking for directional help, an established company needed assistance managing growth, or an entity that’s about ready to be wound down in a professional manner, Flourish can help.
Unlike many business consultants, Flourish Business Consulting does not work on a long-term commitment model. No ongoing monthly fees. We operate on a one-time investment with an average engagement time that ranges from eight to sixteen weeks, depending on our clients’ needs. Engagements are customized – as no two projects are ever the same.
Founder, Kimberly Bogues is the owner-operator of Flourish; she has over 25 years’ experience in mergers and acquisitions, setting up businesses, as well as helping wind down businesses when the time comes.
If you hire Flourish, you’re engaging Kimberly and her experience. She has a reputation for supporting, growing, and guiding businesses in a variety of industries. She has experience in healthcare, finance, insurance, real estate, legal, construction, non-profit, fitness, and retail, to name a few.
Kimberly’s broad range of expertise includes business development, marketing, public relations, community relations and corporate facilities. Kimberly has worked first-hand on both sides of a merger. She is a member of Local First AZ, SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management) and Scottsdale Leadership Class of 16.
Originally from Indiana, Kimberly moved to Arizona in 1978. She is married to Jim, and has a son, Parker, as well as two fur babies – Sunny & Lucky. Volunteering has always been a big part of Kimberly’s life. Whether it was arranging a toy drive in her youth, being PTA president, or chairing a campaign to raise $200,000 for a non-profit’s annual giving campaign, she has always been community minded with her philanthropic interests focused on children and the elderly.
When she is not ‘helping small businesses thrive”, Kimberly enjoys travel, the outdoors, a delicious Cabernet Sauvignon, and spending time with her family and friends.
“I am a champion of small business. My passion is working with entrepreneurs and small business owners, as I have been in your shoes. I understand the risks you are taking by starting or running your own business, while wearing the many hats we all have to keep our businesses thriving.
I’m a small business consultant who enjoys working with entrepreneurs who are talented at their craft but need help getting their business started or are feeling overwhelmed by the business side of their established company.”
