At Flourish Business Consulting, we operate on a flat fee basis tailored to the scope of work established during our complimentary consultation. Each project is unique, and our fee structure reflects this. The terms are a 50% non-refundable deposit required to start, with the balance due when the scope of work is completed. The minimum fee is $3,000.
